Michael Schumacher's race-worn Benetton-Ford Formula 1 Racing Team suit from the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim, 25th July 1993, by Sparco, yellow with blue & green trim, numerous embroidered sponsor's patches including tobacco-ban dummies, the belt embroidered with the German national flag & inscribed M.SCHUMACHER This suit was presented by Michael Schumacher to his then German PR company, Extract gmbh. Schumacher, driving in the third season of his illustrious career, finished second in the 1993 German Grand Prix behind Alain Prost, having started third on the grid and recording the race's fastest lap of 1m. 41.859 sec. along the way. Schumacher finished 4th in the Driver's Championship. The following year he won the first of his record number of World Championships.
