British School (19th century) CAPS AND JACKETS OF THE TURF (A SET OF THREE) pencil, pen & ink & watercolour, each 50.5 by 35.5cm., 20 by 14in. These coloured drawings appear to have been inspired by the famous Victorian sporting print Silks and Satins of the Turf. Each set of colours is accompanied by a manuscript legend and the prints illustrate the colours of the following owners: The Earl of Ellesmere, Lord Cadogan, Capt.
