The Chiswick Golf Club suggestion book, containing numerous manuscript suggestions from members and the committee's decision, the final entry dated 6th December 1902 and reading As many well known clubs found a suggestion book quite unnecessary, the thought prompted me to suggest that the Chiswick Golf Club adopt this idea, and that members write to the Hon Secty. on all subjects; sold together with two framed Chiswick Golf Club notices, dated 1898 and 1899 (3) Chiswick Golf Club in west London opened in 1894 and had an extremely short life, closing in 1907 when the land was sold for redevelopment.
