Neil Webb: a white England No.4 Euro '88 jersey worn in the match v the Soviet Union, short-sleeved with red, white & blue trim, press-stud collar and embroidered three lions badge This jersey was gained as a swap by Sergei Baltacha after the Euro '88 match which England lost 3-1. Baltacha was a member of the highly successful Dynamo Kiev team of the period and later moved to Ipswich Town, becoming the first Soviet professional to play in England. Neil Webb won a total of 26 England international caps between 1987 and 1992 while playing for Nottingham Forest and latterly Manchester United. Provenance: The Sergei Baltacha Collection.
