WILKINS, FOR RIDING ''WALTER SCOTT'' IN SEPTEMBER HANDICAP , ALEXANDRA PARK, 15TH SEPT.1900, movement running Richard Harry Wilkins was the father of Stewart Wilkins and after his riding career became Head Lad at the Barcelona Stables.
