Kenny Sansom's red England No.17 jersey worn in the 3-1 victory over France in Bilbao at the World Cup 16th June 1982, short-sleeved; sold with three related photographs (4) The France match was England's opener at the 1982 World Cup. This jersey differs slightly to those worn in subsequent matches, in as much as it does not show the Admiral logo on the front. This was due to a misunderstanding by the FA and Admiral regarding FIFA's rules on shirt advertising. The jersey is sold with three photographs from the match featuring Kenny Sansom and the England team wearing this unusual jersey.
