A book from the private library of Pierre de Coubertin, bearing his Ex-Libris label on the first page and numbered 270, the book being Les Enfants by Victor Hugo, first illustrated edition, 1862 Pierre de Coubertin's library numbered some 350 titles and was auctioned in Geneva in 1943. Others from his library are now in the collection of the Olympic Library in Lausanne.
