A group of ten pin badges relating to the career of Arsenal's George Male, an Arsenal club enclosure badge season 1937-38, the others presented on foreign tours George Male spent his whole professional life at Arsenal. He was on the playing staff between 1929 and 1948, before joining the coaching staff training the youth and reserves sides. He later became a club scout and was responsible for finding such young talent as Charlie George. He was the last surviving player of the Herbert Chapman era when he died in 1998 at the age of 87.
