The autographs of the England 1958 World Cup squad, in ink on Park Avenue Hotel (Gothenburg) headed paper, 20 signatures comprising: McDonald, Howe, Banks, Clamp, Wright, Slater, Douglas, Robson, Kevan, Haynes, Finney, Hopkinson, Sillett, Clayton, Norman, Brabrook, Broadbent, Smith, Charlton and A'Court Although a squad list of 22 players was submitted to FIFA, it is believed that only 20 England players travelled to Sweden for the 1958 World Cup. For the record the other two players were Alan Hodgkinson and Maurice Setters.
