Gary Sprake's red Wales international cap season 1965-66, inscribed E.R.I., the inside label marked G. SPRAKE; sold with a letter of authenticity signed by Gary Sprake (2) This cap was awarded to Gary Sprake by the F.A.W. for his three international appearances in season 1965-66. All three games took place at Cardiff and comprised a 2-1 win over the USSR in a World Cup qualifier, and the home internationals v England, which ended as a 0-0 draw, and the 4-1 defeat by Northern Ireland.
