Enquire nowHeuer Rally Master chronometer set, ex-Paddy Hopkirk Mini-Cooper, a three-button MONTE CARLO 12-hour timer marked 5, 10, 15 up to 60, mounted alongside a matching MASTER-TIME 8-day clock marked 3, 6, 9, 12, with luminous gradations on black dials and black rotating reset bezels, set in cases integral with a rectangular polished stainless steel back-plate, 6 by 12cm., fixing holes to three corners (the other cut back), in fine condition and full working order Paddy Hopkirk and Henry Liddon won the 1964 Monte Carlo Rally in an Abingdon-prepared Mini-Cooper and remain the only all-British crew to have won the event. Provenance: Removed from one of Paddy Hopkirk's BMC Mini-Coopers during the mid-1960s and presented to an Abingdon Competitions Department employee by co-driver Henry Liddon who confirmed its use on the Monte Carlo Rally, sold with a letter of provenance to this effect.
