A press cuttings album relating to Len Harvey's World Light Heavyweight Fight against American title holder John Henry Lewis in 1936, neatly compiled with press cuttings with many typescript legends identifying the newspaper and the date, 2 months of reports in the lead up to the fight and the post-fight reports, the album also containing some memorabilia including a b&w photograph of Harvey, a signed letter from Harry Preston, the Brighton hotelier and a flyer for the fight at the Empire Pool, Wembley, all in a half-leather & red cloth album; sold together with cigarette cards portraying Len Harvey, John Henry Lewis and Harry Preston The challenger Len Harvey lost the fight to the American champion on a points decision after the 15 rounds contest.
