CUP FINAL, 1999, the reverse lettered P. NEVILLE Phil Neville played a full 90 minutes in this match which was to prove to be the middle leg in the 1998-99 Treble Winning season. The shirt being offered here is Neville's short-sleeved issue, but he chose to wear the long-sleeved version. United beat Newcastle United 2-0 through goals by Sheringham & Scholes. Sheringham in fact had only been on the pitch two minutes when he scored United's opener, having replaced the injured captain Roy Keane.
