A group of three Football Association Councillor's badges dated 1898, 1903 & 1905, issued to William Tiffin, by Kenning & Son, London, silkwork & gold wire The badges in this lot do not appear to have been issued for a F.A. Cup final or an England v Scotland international, although their designs are more akin to the international issues.
