A Medaille D'Honneur D'Or diploma awarded to Sir Frederick Wall Secretary of the Football Association and Arsenal FC Director by the French Government Department of Physical Education in 1935 framed & glazed, 29 by 45cm., 11 1/2 by 17 3/4in. The diploma was awarded to Sir Frederick Wall shortly after his retirement as Secretary of the F.A., a position he had held from 1895 to 1934. He then took a directorship at Arsenal FC from 1934 to 1938.
