A collection of six miscellaneous County Football Association medals, in silver or silver & enamel and two with gold mounting, comprising: a Grimsby medal from their first Football League season of 1892-93, presumably relating to the reserves team, and inscribed GRIMSBY, LEAGUE CHAMPIONS, 1892-3, J.HOLTON; two Suffolk County F.A. Senior Cup medals awarded to J.L. HOLT, BECCLES CAXTON, WINNERS 1896-97 & 1897-98; two Derbyshire F.A., the first for the Minor Charity Cup and another awarded to Staveley FC; and an uninscribed Middlesex County F.A. medal dated 1897-98; sold together with a gilt-metal replica of a F.A. Cup winner's medal as issued by the Topical Times magazine in the 1930s (7)
