Malcolm Campbell-signed pre-WW2 newspaper cutting, his fountain pen signature in black ink on a late 1920s or early 1930s period newsprint photograph, showing him seated alongside his wife waving to a crowd of onlookers from an open-top car, 10 by 8in. Despite being a prominent racing driver, Malcolm Campbell was best known for breaking the Land Speed Record nine times between 1924 and 1935. He eventually became the first person to drive at over 300mph.
