A group of four period photographs portraying Alf Common on England international duty 1904 to 1907, 9 by 11in., v Ireland 17th February 1906, two v Scotland 9th April 1904 and 6th April 1907, the first taken outside St Enoch's Hotel, Glasgow, all framed; and the fourth picture an unframed 9 by 11in. of the England team who played Wales at the Arms Park 19th March 1906, this being only one with publisher's details, R P Gregson of Lytham & Blackburn Apart from the Wales match mentioned above, although selected Alf Common was a reserve on all occasions.
