A Surrey County Football Association medal, representative cap and shirt/badge all dating to season 1911-12 and awarded to George Shipway of Dulwich Hamlet FC, the medal a Senior Cup runners-up issue in silver & enamel Dulwich Hamlet were defeated 1-0 by Nunhead in the 1912 Surrey Senior Cup final.
