A fine 1966 World Cup Final Banquet menu fully-signed by the England squad and others, held at the Royal Garden Hotel, 30th July 1966, the back cover signed in blue ink by all 22 England players plus Alf Ramsey, Harold Shepherdson and Dr Neil Mully, the interior signed by further guests including several of the German players, members of the Portuguese team including Eusebio, and England's all-time favourite referee and Soviet linesman Gottfried Dienst and Tofik Bakhramov !
