Chelsea, Middlesex Professional Reserve Cup, 15/12/1913, Chelsea v. Rest of the League, 19/3/1914, match played at Craven Cottage, the Grimsby match doubles up for a Monday International Trial Match England v South, as is usual with Fulham programmes they have been bound without the outer advertisement wrappers, the first right-hand page looks very similar to a programme cover and is titled The Cottagers' Journal and Official Programme
