A 1948 London Olympic Games programme for the Great Britain v France football match played at Fulham FC, sold together with an Allied Forces European Track and Field Championships programme, held at the Olympic Stadium, Berlin, 7-8 September 1946 (2) Great Britain beat France 1-0 in the quarter-final of the Olympic football tournament at Craven Cottage, Fulham. The wining goal was scored by the Darlington wing-half Bill Hardisty. not illustrated
