A 1906 Athens Intercalated Olympic Games cased participation medal, in gilt-bronze, designed by Lytras, seated Nike holding laurel wreath over phoenix emerging from flames, the Acropolis beyond, the reverse amended to display the date of 1906 as the Athens Olympic medal design of 1896 had been re-employed, in original cloth covered circular case
