A 1964 Innsbruck Winter Olympic Games participation medal, in bronze by Welz, obverse with Innsbruck Olympic emblem with legend in German, reverse with a view of Innsbruck, the Alps beyond, in original red wallet inscribed INNSBRUCK 1964 and with Olympic Rings; sold together with a pressman's photographic ID pass for the 1964 Winter Olympic Games at Innsbruck, in a paper wallet also containing a stadium entrance pass and a pass for free train travel (2) This pass in this lot belonged to Dennis Bird, an English journalist from Skating World magazine.
