A Cambridge University Lawn Tennis blue circa 1893-94, Cambridge blue & white hooped cap, embroidered cross rackets an initials C.U.L.T.C.; sold together with related ephemera for St John's College including a lawn tennis fixture list for 1893; together with a college cravat and boater ribbon (9) These items belonged to the sportsman C.O.S. Hatton. As well as tennis he excelled at football, hockey & cricket.
