A rugby ball signed by the 1971 British Lions touring squad to New Zealand, a brown leather Slazenger Eclipse ball signed in ink down two panels, signed by 31 of the 33 tourists, lacking Sandy Carmichael & Peter Hipwell, but additionally signed by the coach Carwyn James, signatures well preserved, ball deflated This ball was bought at a charity auction organised by Mumbles Chamber of Trade. The ball was provided by Clem Thomas the Wales international rugby journalist for The Observer, who was also a member of the Chamber.
