A set of four Coronation Cup programmes played in Glasgow in 1953, the first two combined issues covering the four 1st round ties played at Hampden Park and Ibrox; the third a combined issue for the two semi-finals played at Hampden Park and Ibrox; and the final programme played at Hampden Park 20th May 1953 The eight teams who competed for the Coronation Cup were Celtic, Hibernian, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Rangers, Aberdeen, Arsenal & Tottenham Hotspur. Celtic beat Hibs 2-0 in the final.
