A Paris 1924 Olympic Games Great Britain team lapel badge originally issued to the swimmer Constance Jeans, sold with two letters sent to the swimmer in 1972 from the Amateur Swimming Association who at the time were researching her career and also helping Constance identify the particulars of various awards and medals she had been presented (3) Constance Jeans (1899-1984) won a silver medal at Paris as part of the women's 4x100m freestyle relay team, repeating the feat achieved by the team at Antwerp four years earlier.
