Affer, the obverse designed with a female head crowned by Olympic Rings, flaming torch and legend, the reverse with a snowflake superimposed over Mount Pomagagnon; complete with original white leather case issued by Loriolio Fratelli of Milano & Roma, enamelled Olympic Rings to lid, plus outer paper box The original recipient of the medal is unknown.
