A 1966 World Cup final programme with the England line-up page completed in the hand of Sir Alf Ramsey and autographed by the 11 England finalists, in ink on the p.32 team line-up page, additionally signed by manager Sir Alf and squad members Greaves & Hunter, the signatures of Hunt and Stiles repeated elsewhere; sold together with a photocopy of a letter from Sir Alf Ramsey dated 11th January 1984 when he signed and returned the programme on request from a fan (2)
