F.A. Cup final programme Sheffield United v Tottenham Hotspur played at The Crystal Palace 20th April 1901, vertical & horizontal folds and a tear to a margin, but overall a good, clean copy Watched by an attendance of over 110,000, the game ended 2-2 with Sandy Brown scoring both the Spurs goals, and Fred Priest and Walter Bennett netting for the 'Blades'. In the replay, Tottenham Hotspur made history by becoming the first non-League team to win the F.A. Cup by defeating Sheffield United 3-1 - an achievement that will surely remain unique for all time. This was the first of Tottenham Hotspur's eight victories in the F.A. Cup competition.
