A signed Roberto Carlos presentation titled ''The Magic Bullet'', commemorating the Brazilian's spectacular free kick v France in Le Tournoi, 1997, comprising a colour photograph of Roberto Carlos having struck the ball and a series of photographic frames showing the extraordinary curve he imparted on the ball, mounted with a title plaque and a further photograph of the player holding the print at the signing, framed & glazed, 50cm., 20in. square This free kick was described at the time by pundits as the 'goal that defied physics.' This inspired a team of French Physicists to explain scientifically how the curving path of the ball was achieved, described by Dr Clanet as a ''snail-shell shaped trajectory''.
