Formula 1 'rhomboid' design and other conceptual drawings by Enrique Scalabroni, an original 'rhomboid' design project drawing, ink over pencil, the preliminary impression titled FORMULA 1, signed and dated '93, plus a photocopy of a later re-working of the concept titled ROMBOIDAL ELECTRIC-RACING CAR 2013, signed with copyright mark, both on A4 paper; together with an original conceptual styling drawing of a motorcycle 'trike' combination for the Japanese motorcycle industry, ink and pencil, signed and dated 96, plus a photocopy of another for a road car design on Tokyo Hilton Guest Stationary, titled CITY CAR ''ARMADILLO'', signed and dated 95, both on A3 paper (4) After successfully pioneering the semi-automatic gearbox design of the 1980s Williams F1 cars, Enrique Scalabroni became technical director for the race-winning 1989-90 F1 Ferraris, before joining the Lotus team, where he came up with another audacious project: a Formula 1 car with its four wheels positioned as a cross, rhomboid style.
