A rare blue coloured England cap issued for the 1909 Continental Tour, wirework rose and dated 1909 This cap represents Sam Hardy's 8th, 9th & 10th appearances for England during the end of season Continental Tour. Hardy played in the two back-to-back games v Hungary in Budapest on 29th and 31st May; and in the match v Austria in Vienna 1st June. England won the three matches 4-2, 8-2 and 8-1 respectively.
