''The Olympia Photograph Album'': a fine and rare album, German, circa 1885, with an embossed lawn tennis scene on the front cover, contains ten double-sided pages, each one is designed to hold either a single or four cartes-de-visite, containing 55 original photographs many of which are tennis-themed, each page also shows at least two chromolithographic images of sporting events, at the rear, and contained inside a compartment taking up half the depth of the album, is a musical box complete with key and transparent cover, when wound up from the back of the album, it plays two tunes and is in full working order, the spring-loaded closing mechanism is in perfect order,30 by 24.5cm., 11 ¾ by 9 3/4in.
