Two original French press photographs of Bill Tilden and Jean Borotra in action at the opening match of the Davis Cup Final at Rolland Garros 25th July 1930, both 7 by 5in., backstamped and captioned to reverse Bill Tilden won this match in four sets but it was to prove the only point won by the USA with France winning all the other matches to lift the Cup by a score of 4-1.
