A very rare and early tennis rules booklet: Félix Julien Delauney - 'Laun' - Règle des jeux de Croquet et de Lawn-Tennis par Laun, Paris, Delarue, no date given, circa 1876/8, and as such probably the earliest lawn tennis rules booklet printed in France, importantly the booklet contains a drawing of an early lawn tennis court showing a serving box on one side of the court, a device originally adopted by Major W. Wingfield, but which had disappeared by May 1875, the booklet also recommends scoring up to 15 points, there are 21 rules, and the last 2 pages give a short history of ''L'Ancien Jeu de Paume''
