Manuscript setting forth the Rules of the Stewartry Coursing Club dated 10th November 1824, 6 rules establishing the meetings to be held every Wednesday with mention of Hillowton & Largnean as venues; that members must write a letter if they are unable to participate at a meeting, and are obliged to lend their dogs in their absence; that each member must consider them self engaged for dinner after the meeting; and in this respect all ladies are considered honorary; and couples are not required to appear in full dress at dinner
