Franz Beckenbauer's Cosmos No.6 playing kit worn in the NASL Eastern Division Conference Championship (1st Leg) v Rochester Lancers, New York, at the Holleder Memorial Stadium 21th August 1977, a green & white trimmed Cosmos jersey number 6 on the front, right sleeve & back, the reverse also lettered BECKENBAUER; a pair of white No.6 shorts, and a pair of green socks; sold together with the official ''Kick'' programme for the return leg at the Giants Stadium 24th August (5) Over the two legs Cosmos defeated the Lancers 6-2 on aggregate. In the 1st Leg Cosmos won the match 2-1 through goals by Steve Hunt & Giorgio Chinaglia. In the 2nd Leg at the Giants Stadium the Cosmos won 4-1 with goals by Georgio Chinaglia (2), Pele & Vito Dimitrijevic. Cosmos went onto play and beat the Seattle Sounders in the '77 Soccer Bowl.
