England autographed 1966 World Cup Final celebration banquet menu, held at the Royal Garden Hotel, London, 30th July, signed to the back cover in ink by 21 members of the England squad, Jimmy Greaves did not attend the evening but his signature is represented separately in the lot (2) These autographs were collected by the England assistant-team doctor Neil Phillips.
