An ocean liner menu signed by the England cricket team to Australia in 1920-21 and the Australia cricket team to England in 1921, Orient Line S.S. Osterley, dated 1921, signatures in ink, England fully-signed by the 16-man touring party comprising Douglas, Fender, Hearne, Rhodes, Wilson, Woolley, Hendren, Hobbs, Makepeace, Russell, Hitch, Howell, Parkin, Waddington, Dolphin & Strudwick, the Australian signatures comprising Armstrong, Andrews, Bardsley, Carter, Collins, Gregory, Hendry, Macartney. McDonald, Mailey, Mayne, Oldfield, Ryder & Taylor, lacking Pellew, but including the tour manager Sydney Smith, mounted, framed & glazed, 32 by 34cm. In these back-to-back Ashes series, Australia racked up a record eight successive victories, a 5-0 drubbing of England in the home series of 1920-21 and wins in the first three Tests in England in 1921. The final two Tests were drawn.
