Harold George Packer (1908-1999) JOCKEYS RETURNING TO THE WEIGHING ROOM signed & dated '52, pen & ink & watercolour, framed & glazed, overall 44 by 36cm. One of the jockeys is believed to be Doug Smith who was crowned Champion Jockey five seasons out of six following the retirement of Gordon Richards in 1954.
