An original artwork for the 1952 Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships formerly in the collection of Michael Searle, collage, white, green and yellow paint over green wash, signed ''S'' lower left, 21 by 30cm. This was clearly a preliminary design as the dates of the 1952 Championships are incorrectly stated. The final day of competition was the 4th and not 5th July.
