A pair of caps awarded for rugby union to Willie Jones who more famously played First Class Cricket for Glamorgan CCC between 1937 and 1958, a Llandovery College representative cap 1932-33; and a Glamorgan county representative cap 1938-39 Jones played at fly-half and did represent Wales in a wartime international match. He appeared in 345 first-class matches for Glamorgan CCC, scoring 13,536 runs including two double centuries. He was also a slow left-arm orthodox bowler and took 47 wickets in 1948.
