Jesse Pennington West Bromwich Albion Football League Division II champion's medal season 1910-11, 15ct. gold & enamel, inscribed THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE, CHAMPIONS, DIV. II, 1910-11, WEST BROMWICH ALBION, J. PENNINGTON, in original fitted case West Bromwich topped the 2nd Division table with a total of 53 points. This was achieved through the final fixtures of the season which had began with Bolton Wanderers level on points with WBA but with a superior goal average. However, Bolton lost 2-1 at Birmingham whilst West Brom beat Huddersfield Town 1-0 at The Hawthorns to clinch the title. Bolton were promoted as runners-up.
