Skinner of Tottenham Hotspur in 1926, 15ct. gold, obverse with cricket scene, reverse with presentation inscription; sold with a manuscript note from which the information in the footnote below was gleaned; sold with an enlarged copy of a portrait of Skinner taken from a Spurs handbook (2) Tottenham Hotspur, captained by Arthur Grimsdell, beat Chelsea in the Final played at Chiswick 26th August 1926. Spurs scored 258 runs with Jimmy Seed scoring a century (104). Chelsea were bowled out for 110.
