Cup Final programme (complete with community singing sheet) fully-signed by the Charlton team, comprising Bartram, Croker, Shreeve, Johnson, Phipps, Revell, Hurst, Dawson, Robinson, Welsh & Duffy, additionally signed by the match referee J.M. Wiltshire; and a Celebration Dinner & Dance menu, held at the Cafe Royal, London, the back page bearing 16 autographs including many of the finalists and other guests These autographs were collected by the Charlton Athletic Assistant Manager George Stephenson, father of the footballer & cricketer Bob Stephenson.
