A group of four 9ct. gold English Rugby Union County Championship winner's medals awarded to Sidney E.J. Smart representing Gloucestershire, for 1912-13, 1919-20, 1920-21 & 1921-22, all the medals are named to Smart Sidney E. J. Smart was born in 1888. He played at club level for Gloucester RFC, represented Gloucestershire at county level and played a total of 11 times for England in 1913, 1914 & 1920.
