Football League Division Three (Southern Section) Championship winner's medal awarded to Tom Baker of Brentford FC in season 1932-33, 9ct. gold, inscribed THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE, CHAMPIONS, DIVISION 3, SOUTHERN SECTION, T.W. BAKER, BRENTFORD F.C., 1932-33 Tom Baker, sometimes known as ''Billy'', was the Brentford goakeeper during the 1932-33 Division Three (south) Championship season. Born in Seaham Harbour, Co Durham, Baker went down the mines and was spotted in local colliery football by Football League club Southport before transferring to Brentford. Baker lost his place to Jack Clough and finished his career with spells at Northampton Town and Rochdale.
