Herbert Chapman signed typescript letter on Arsenal FC letterhead, signed in ink, the letter dated 25th April 1931, addressed to Mr Arthur L. Frank and being a thank you for Mr Frank's congratulatory letter sent to the club on winning the Championship title for the first time, complete with mailing envelope; sold together with Woolwich Arsenal autographs season 1925-26, an album page bearing ink signatures of James Brain, Alf Baker, John Mackie, Samson Haden, Robert John, William Blyth, John Butler, Andrew Neil & Sidney Hoar, mounted on a sheet of paper with player portraits; the lot also including an album page signed by George Allison, dated 1931 (4)
